Bad habits and the related incorrect postures can greatly contribute to early occurrences of these issues. Primary prevention can provide efficient help in treating the problem. This means that we need to focus on preventing the occurrence in the first place. This solution can only become widespread if the everyday application doesn’t require too much energy or attention.
